Refund and Returns

1. Communication and Refunds:
   • We will notify you if any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is required.
   • If we are unable to process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated and processed based on the bank’s resolution period

2. Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders:
   • If a cancellation request is received before the order is processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

3. Post-Processing Cancellations:
   • To ensure smooth order fulfillment, we discourage cancellations once your order has been processed.

4. Charges for Cancellations/Returns:
   • A ₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations or returns of orders that have already been dispatched from our warehouse.
   • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a shipping charge, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
